SPLIT SCREEN: Biden Celebrates Demings-Supported Inflation ‘Reduction’ Act as Floridians Face Historic Inflation

MIAMI, FLA. — Grocery prices had their highest spike in 43 years. Gas is 25% more expensive than it was a year ago. And real wages have fallen every month since Biden’s $1.9 trillion “stimulus” passed.

As Joe Biden celebrates the passage of his so-called Inflation “Reduction” Act today, Floridians are continuing to experience record high inflation. But they won’t be helped by this bill, which, thanks to Val Demings’ support, will raise taxesexpand the IRSfund Green New Deal policies, and drive up health care costs for 220 million Americans.

Demings denied that inflation was the most important issue facing Floridians — twice — going so far as to say she only bothered to talk about it because it’s “what my opponent says are important.”

“Val Demings went to Washington, started putting party politics over Floridians, and never looked back. Demings’ refusal to work to lower the cost of living for Florida families proves she can’t be trusted to stick up for them in the Senate,” said Elizabeth Gregory, communications director for Marco Rubio for Senate.
