About Jeanette Rubio
Jeanette Rubio was born and raised in Miami, Florida to parents of Colombian descent. She graduated from South Miami High School and attended Miami-Dade College. She and Marco met through mutual friends and married in 1998. Jeanette then spent several years focused on raising their four children – Amanda, Daniella, Anthony, and Dominick.
In 2011, she formed a consulting firm that does work for the Braman Family Charitable Foundation in South Florida. Working for the Braman Foundation has allowed Jeanette the opportunity to meet with many non-profit organizations that provide services to the community. After learning about the human trafficking crisis in our great State, Jeanette partnered with several community organizations to help victims of trafficking. Her passion inspired Marco to make the issue a priority in the Senate. Together, they have helped raise awareness of human trafficking and supported local organizations working to help victims nationwide.
Today, Jeanette continues to put God and family first while still graciously dedicating countless hours to charitable organizations.
